We have need for as many as three volunteers willing to be trained on the usage of our timing and scoring equipment and be willing to work the four events this coming season. Ideally we will find a team lead that can commit to a longer duration, but we’ll start with this year!
The system is very much point and click, so while any computer experience would be a plus, anyone willing to make the commitment could perform the task. This is an ideal management level task for a retired racer, or racing family member. The position entails visually tracking the races and noting any transponder anomalies, importing rider data, and publishing the results. Again, that’s all button-click tasks.
