P3 GS750 Project


GS 850 Front end on using Allballz conversion bearings. The tach is original with a custom aluminum housing and mount that I made myself. I have to re-adjust the angle.


I started to make some rear sets. This is what I have so for.

Finally got the bike onto the lift.


Empty engine case in place for exhaust support bracket location.


Added the necessary brackets and tabs before paint.


Battery box mounts welded in and box mounted.


I decided that i wanted rearsets like these Tarozzi’s but needed to spend the funds on more important items. So, i figured i would attempt to make them.


i’m making two sets. They will be adjustable. Here is a shot while still in the Mill. There are 48 drilled and tapped M4 holes.
