Swing arm pivots strengthened with solid plug inserts.
1 inch longer Progressive Suspension rear shocks with single rate springs – dual rate 95/115lb. progressive springs also included.

Oil containment pan.
Brutune Norton Production Racer seat replica.
FRONT FORKS
Standard damper rod front fork legs, steering stem and triple tree.
Tapered roller steering head bearings.
Custom aluminum fork brace.
BRAKES
Front:Honda CB360/400 front caliper with race pads. Rebuilt with Stainless Steel piston.
Drilled front disc.
Braided steel lines.
Rear: Standard drum brake modified to cable operation.
RIMS
Front: 2.15 x 18 inch DID.
Rear: 2.5 x 18 inch flanged Spanish Akront.
GEARBOX
Standard transmission gears.
3rd gear dogs undercut to prevent jumping out of gear.
Standard clutch with Barnett springs and pushrod seal retainer.
MOTOR
Standard crank.
Powrol 367cc kit (with spare freshly bored barrel and spare new rings) .
CAT full diameter high tensile cylinder studs.
Ported and skimmed head.
Custom Cometic head gasket (new spare + 2 Powrol copper gaskets).
Megacycle 12340E cam.
S&W springs and titanium spring retainers.
Lightened rockers.
34mm long slide Mikuni carburettors with quick twist throttle.
2 into 2 exhaust.
IGNITION
