Custom Sprocket Manufacturer

It looks like Tony Booth has shutdown. His website has gone and I haven’t been able to contact him on Facebook.

Too bad. He could turn around an order in a few days, and you can’t beat Canadian prices. I hope he just retired and its not health issues.

Does anyone know another shop in Canada that can make custom sprockets. If not, I guess it’s either Sprocket Specialties or Rebel Gears although I would prefer to buy Canadian. I need 33, 34, 35, and 36 x 520 sprockets for a CB350 rear hub. I’m not sure what to expect at the tracks AHRMA race at

Thanks for looking

Check with Tim Sauder.

Definitely Tim Sauder. I’ve had him make a few and they are excellent.

I have bought from Tim for the GS but for some reason the teeth wouldn’t fit the rollers, like the rollers wouldn’t bottom out and there was a gap between the chain and sprocket.

I fixed it on a mill with a dividing head and an end mill but I took forever as there were 46 teeth and it was some wierd number like 7.82 degrees. I dont know if he uses diffrent size cutters now or not and to be fair, he did say some pf the early ones were cut with the wrong diameter cutter and just to send it back and he would fix it, but it was easier for me to just do it than drive to Niagara.

350 sprockets are kind of weird as well as they are recessed at the back to fit the plates on the studs.

Ordered.

Most of the AHRMA folks recommended Sprocket Specialists - https://sprocketspecialists.com/

Super easy to deal with and can’t beat the price. I went with the Hard Anodized. Will be here next week.
