For the Ladies - With the hotel being located downtown there is plenty of shopping
in the area. Possibility of Farmers Market on Saturday located
on King Street behind city hall. Plenty of Coffee shops and restaurants.
Kingston is a lovely city and looking forward to seeing everyone there, 2016 AGM commitee.
Tickets for A.G.M./Banquet will be available for purchase at round 3, at the Madeley’s trailer.

We could hold paid tickets for collection on night of banquet, were not keen on waiting until evening to purchase as we have to give FIRM numbers to hotel for catering and don’t need any no-shows.

Are we going to offer the tickets on Series Tracker as previously mentioned or are we better to get the tablet and chisel out and crank out a cheque and send it by post? I think I might remember how to do that. Btw, my wife and I will be going for sure just need to figure out payment method.
It’s actually there now, but I’m working on a “work around” for a mistake I made setting up our 2016 season. Our memberships expire Nov 1, and the AGM is the 14th. So I’m going to make one attempt tonight at changing the expiration to the 15th, and if that doesnt work I’m going to change the online date of the AGM to Oct 31 with a big disclamer that the event is the 14th.
Ok folks, the AGM tickets are up and running on Series Tracker. Just like racing, make sure you print your release form and bring it to the AGM. Remember to print a ticket for each person coming.
