# Sign in for 2026 AGM

When members arrive to sign in to the AGM I will have the Membership lists on the table in Alphabetical order. You will use the supplied yellow highliters to put a line through your name and membership number. If you have a completed proxy from another member you will hand it to me and I will give you a card that you will hold up to show that you are voting for another member as well if a vote takes place. I will then hand you a ballot for you to complete for your choice of the member you believe is most deserving for the Roger Beaumont award this year. After you have made your decision I will have a box available for your completed ballot.

The meeting is open to current 2026 members.

I look forward to seeing all our members that are able to attend the AGM this year.
