All fixed, thanks Ashton!
Hi Dominic: On line reg is great and thank you for being a leader on this.
I have a question about a mistake I made registering for the events - Maybe you can lead me to how to fix it.
I registered and paid as usual - but I registered in the wrong class - P2-light instead of P3-L.
How would you suggest getting that changed.
Thanks very much
Tim Stover - my new handle - le Flash D’Or
I’m at the VRRA membership information page and I’ve entered my membership number and I should be clicking the “renew button below”,but there isn’t one showing
Gary Holden membership #993
I’ll take a little credit along with all of the execs from the last 3 years, everybody wanted this to happen and we finally did it, but MOST of the credit goes to Ashton, the guy is a spark plug… he’s the man behind the machine right now and fixing everyone’s little issues, he also spent most (all) of his winter transferring data from the VRRA to ST, including ALL of current and most past members (about a 1000 past members info were available and transferred). Ashton is the kind of guy that doesn’t wait for people to do things… You should all make it a point to walk over to his pit and thank him and his familly for all the work he put in to make this club better…
Hey Tim, your all fixed up. I emailed you your new Release form to you so you have it to bring to registration. Thanks!
BTW, If it hadn’t been for Dom literallly telling me what to say this whole progect would have been dead in the water at the CND/USD issue. Mike and Dean spent literal hours on the phone somehow condensing decades of their accumulated knowlege into a fundamental set of “must’s” that I could translate into this on-line system. I’ve driven poor Sue to drink forcing her at gun-point to figure out the Paypal world, and had to get an actual “settle down kid” speech from Greg to understand the needs of Tech. And poor Sarabeth… She had the Membership system into a ridiculously organized methodology that I literally lit a bomb off in mid way through her innaugural year…
It’s a team effort folks…
Gary- What? LOL! email me at imtabond at gmail.com and I’ll work you through it!
Thanks Ashton - you da best. And thanks too to Dominic - I’ll be the first over to your pit to shake hands.
Tim - le Flash D’Or
I also renewed by cheque and need my membership set up, please. Ian McQueen, member no 1045.
your all set up Ian. I sent the specifics in a PM
Hi Aston, might need your help. Bike # 82 membership 914, I went to the VRRA site and used my ARHMA user name and password no problem. Site wants me to join the VRRA, my membership is paid up.
Thanks in advance,
Hi Aston. Bike #971 Membership #1590. Fee’s paid up old school (cheque). Need my Series Tracker updated to show fees paid up so I can register for the TT.
Thanks
Nick
Hi Nick,
I’m driving right now, but I’ll get you straightened out tonight.
Hi Ashton,
Brenda registered for the endurance race but it didn’t ask for any of the other riders info.
Is there something we are doing wrong? (most likely knowing us.)
Ken.
Nope. Additional entrants for endurance or sidecar are simply written in on the REGISTRANT’s release form. That’s a hot button item they’re working on, but for this season that’s how we’re handling it.
PM sent Nick
OK, thanks.
Ken.
Noted some odd things when I setup my registration on ST. Not problems, just odd behavior, or maybe its just me. ![]()
I hit backspace (<–) button to clear an entry and it took me back in pages vs back space the line I was on.
For daytime contact, I wanted to change the number but when i tried to copy over it with another number it dropped the last two digits and would not let me put them back in. However the backspace fixed that as I went back a page, came forward and the old number was put back in place so I left well enough alone.
At the end, after I save and get the message to check my email, I click the link to be returned to VRRA page and it takes me to the Refund Form link! Trying to tell me something? ![]()
Like I said, odd stuff. Otherwise, painless and worked. Now to register for Grand Bend.
I registered for GB with no problems. I did notice that the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE portion hasn’t been updated to reflect the race at GB. It still refers to Shannonville.
When did you register? I updated that over a week ago.
Edit: ok, guess I didn’t get that right.. I’m on it.
your a good man Ashton.
