Hey Steve,
Why wouldn’t you start building those clones, you have the skill and the parts.
Even an official clone will probably go for over $10K.

#525

It would have to go for $15,000 as it would take at least $10000 to replicate it. Check out the bike I raced this year on my website ,I’m asking $10000

You don’t have to go into the motor in order to build a clone, no one will be buying it to go vintage racing, it only have to look like the real thing.

At North of $65,000 this beauty will never see the light of day again…

To build that even without the motor mods costs big bucks;
swingarm $1250
Carbs $850
Dymags good used $1000 new $3000
Bodywork seat/paint $1000
Rear sets $400
Brakes/discs $1500
Exhaust $650

I could build a replica ELR for around $6000 but an S1 replica is a completely different thing.

I was going to buy it but one of the pipes has an unsightly ding…

The problem is, you can dump all that money into this thing, but the gas tank still doesn’t say “Norton” :smiling_imp:

$71,100.00, 6 hours left…

How about a Ducati 851 factory kit race bike for 20K British Pounds, seems a better deal.

if i won 6/49 tonight, im getting both…

$107,200 and it’s Green.

$107,200.00. Congratulations Dom?

Holy shit imagine if it had a decent paint job what it would have sold for.
